摘要

The purpose of this three-volume report is to publish the individual pieces of testimony involving ORNL staff in a three-year adjudicatory hearing on the effects of electric power generation on the Hudson River. The report addresses the validity of the utilities' use of the Ricker stock-recruitment model to extrapolate the combined entrainment-impingement losses of young fish to reductions in the equilibrium population size of adult fish.
