The report describes the developments at the National Accelerator Centre, Faure, for the period 1981-1982. The magnet of the light-ion injector, a solid-pole cyclotron was fully assembled and field measurements were carried out. Several components for the seperated-sector cyclotron were completed during the year. When completed, the NAC facilities will consist of a seperated sector cyclotron, a solidpole injector cyclotron, an injection line and beamlines to experimental areas for nuclear physics, radiotherapy and isotope production. During the course of the year covered by the report, the NAC concentrated on the design and construction of the injector cyclotron, the injection beamline and the separated-sector cyclotron which is discussed in the report.
