Determination of Relative Sensitivity Factors for Use in Spark-Source Mass Spectrometry

Six synthetic standards were prepared containing various combinations of 40 elements in a matrix of 90 percent silver. These synthetic standards were analyzed by spark-source mass spectrometry, and a large suite of relative sensitivity factors was compiled by use of 22 internal standards.
