Atualizacao do Cadastro Imobiliario Municipal Atraves de um Sistema de Informacoes Geograficas (Updating of the Municipal Official Register of Real Estate through a Geographical Information System)

摘要

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the feasibility of automating the municipal land register by using the geographical information system now being developed at INPE. The test area was Jambeiro city located in the Vale do Paraiba region, Sao Paulo state. The pilot program to update maps and taxes were devoloped with the municipal land register in mind.
