摘要

For a dynamic simulation in one degree of freedom of complete attitude control systems of artificial satellites, one utilizes a platform which allows one to rotate this system with high accuracy, subjecting it to low disturbance torques (on the order of 10,000 N.m), comparable to the ones to which the satellite will be submitted when in orbit. This characteristic can be reached with the use of aerostatic bearings with good dynamic stability. This work presents the design and construction of this simulation table, with emphasis on modeling and dimensioning of the bearings for minimal disturbance. In addition, some characteristics of the table are experimentally verified (load capacity, axial stiffness, axis accuracy and disturbance torque) and the necessary instrumentation is chosen in order to proceed with the autonomous simulation, that is, angular position and velocity measurement system, power supply, and data transmission and receiving station.
