Influence of Mach Number and Heat Transfer on the Turbulent Flow Wall Law

摘要

The similarity law of turbulent flow along a wall is extended to the case of compressible flow with heat transfer. After formulating the problem mathematically, some calculations are carried out with simplifying assumptions and compared with published experimental results. The results are discussed. Complete equations are given for the velocity and temperature distributions in the fully turbulent region.
