摘要

A technical and programmatical approach towards the ground based end-to-end operation and verification infrastructure (GEOVI) was identified. An industrial organization relative to future GEOVI requirements with the capability to develop, supply, maintain and operate the ground infrastructure is proposed. The specification for a reference example, the Payload Integration and Verification Center, permitting the mapping of the organization, was established. Other objectives were to define and categorize the GEOVI functions, analyze and identify commonalities within/between categories and establish a commonality matrix; and propose initial activities as a first step towards implementation of GEOVI to demonstrate the feasibility of common developments.
