SUMMARY RECORD OF THE 30TH MEETING OF THE STRUCTURES AND MATERIALS PANEL 5 TO 10 APRIL 1970 - EVGENIDES CENTER, ATHENS - GREECE

The 30th meeting of the Structures and Materials Panel was mainly oriented towards reviewing the progresses of the ourrents cooperative programme and identifying possible topples for future work. Long range pinning of the Panel meetings up to the end of 1972, with a balanced proportion of inter Panel activities, was also among the dominating features of the meeting. Three large symposia (Unsteady Aerodynamics, Acousto Fatigue Composite Materials) and the usual Panel meetings were broadly outlined, and the programmers of the forthcoming meeting in Oslo and of the Symposium on Unsteady Aerodynamic Interferences were, finalized.nThe rhythm of the activities was reflected in the status of the Panel publications (app. 4.4.7). Some 33 different volumes are in various stages of publications eight have been printed sine the last Panel meeting, five manuscripts are at the printer's, ten manuscripts are expected before or Just after the next Panel meeting and the manuscripts of five more volumes are progressing while five more publications are planned.
