摘要

This document is submitting preliminary results of a range finding prenatal developmental toxicity study in Himalayan rabbits with a developmental herbicide (quinoline derivative). The test substance was administered by gavage to 24 female Himalayan rabbits at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight on day 7 through day 28 post insemination. The control group consisting of 10 females, was dosed with a vehicle, 0.5% aqueous carboxylmethyl cellulose solution.
