DSED, A DATA SET EDIT PROGRAM AND THE ALL MIGHTY MOUSE SUBPROGRAM

This report describes the Data Set Edit Program and the set of sub¬routines used to process data for the All Mighty Mouse master tapes. The IBM 360 FORTRAN program is suitable for reducing and managing data which refers to an individual and which consists of several subtopics. The master data sets are constructed of self-describing records stored sequentially by the individual serial (identification) number. The records may be of variable content and variable structure as long as the basic underlying rational of the record format is retained.
