摘要

This report describes the ststes of the ROVES computer program for flow-induced, self-excited vibration of a blade which is elastically Expended in a flow channel. This program includes crossflow around the binds edges in addition to longitudinal flow past the blade. A brief description is given of the operation of the current program and interpretation of the computer output. The analysis and equations for the blade stability conditions used in the program are also presented.
