摘要

Relationships were derived based on fundamental geometrical factors and with a minimum of assumptions which can be used to describe or predict the energy spectrum and effective emission of a-particles from a micro-spherical source. The calculated values using the derived relationships and experimental data for S38PuQ3 microspheres are in good agreement.
