This study is an overview on a large variety of subjects. Work was concentrated on technical areas to identify problems and reasonable solutions. Further studies for design improvements are identified. The work was done for Union Carbide Company, ORNL, under subcontract 4352. Requirements are summarized in Table 1-1 and detailed in Appendix C.
