THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOME CHEMICAL ELEMENTS BETWEEN DISSOLVED AND PARTICULATE PHASES IN THE OCEAN

Our work during the past year has concentrated on three areas:n1) Completion of the studies of Pb210 and Po2lD in both dissolved and particulate states in a transect of the equatorial NorthernnAtlantic Ocean.n2) Continued studies on the particulate matter, Po210 and Pb210ndistributions in the Gulf of Maine.n3) Preparations for our participation in the 'Fladen Ground Experiment 1976' (FLEX 76).
