Monitoring Instrument for the Rapid Detection of Oscillatory Components in Noise-Infested Signals.

摘要

Noise analysis is increasingly used for the development of diagnostic methods to permit the early detection of unusual changes in the measuring signal under examination and therefore in the monitored system. The aim in this case is,by identification of characteristic signals,to allocate these changes to specific causes,so that suitable countermeasures can be taken to prevent a more widescale propagation of the fault. The present report describes the apparatus required for implementation of the monitoring unit,particular emphasis being placed on the fact that the described monitoring technique is applicable,in general,for the recognition of oscillatory interference signals in noise. The model of monitoring unit for the test stage has been designed in as variable a form as possible in order to permit any necessary changes to be easily made. (ERA citation 02:039398)
