The objectives of the project were to gain experience with several load management technologies, gather data necessary for further implementation, gain insight into customer reactions to the various techniques studied and develop the computer codes necessary to process such data.nThe design of the experiments was limited to reflect these objectives. It should be noted that the design is not laboratory quality with respect to statistical validity. However, we do believe that the conclusions drawn from the experiment are valid and provide a basis for continued implementation of the technolo¬gies tested.
