First Workshop Meeting on Annex 3 to the Building and Community Systems Agreement, Sigtuna, Sweden, April 26 and 27, 1979

摘要

The report of the meeting on Annex 3 to the Building and Community Systems Agreement lists the participants from Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark. The work plans and schedules for three subtasks were agreed upon. The subtasks are: compare methods of calculating energy use in residential buildings; prepare handbook of guiding principles on experiment design, instrumentation, and measuring techniques; and prepare and evaluate national case studies of retrofits and generalize their effects in other countries.
