摘要

Two-phase (gas-liquid) flow in complex geometries is of great importance to nuclear reactors. Predictions of the gas-liquid velocity and distributions are lacking for such complex flow channels. Solutions have been developed for gas-liquid flow in an annulus where the inner and outer walls of the annulus are covered with wavy liquid films and are separated by a gas core. In agreement with experimental data, the solutions show and explain why most of the liquid is found on the outer wall of the annulus.
