High-Voltage Pulse Monitor System for Neutrino Electron Elastic Scattering

The Neutrino Electron Elastic Scattering Experiment will use 40 high-voltage pulsers and 40 flash-chamber detector modules. This report describes the proposed microprocessor controlled monitor system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the high-voltage pulsers and flash chambers. (ERA citation 05:037095)
