摘要

Thermo-fluiddynamic calculations were performed with the computer code SAGAPO-2 at a helium-cooled bundle of 19 rods with triangular roughness ribs. The data for the analysis were provided by the Institute of Neutron Physics and Reactor Engineering of the Karlsruhe Nuclear Center, where the experimental tests had been carried out. The calculations were performed in the frame of the Italian activities for the OECD-NEA Gas Cooled Fast Reactor Cooperative R and D Programme. This paper describes the main features of the theoretical analysis and presents comparisons between computed and experimental pressure drop and wall temperatures for two thermal tests with turbulent flow conditions.
