Downhole Steam-Generator Study. Volume II. Design Summary.

A detailed design of a low pressure combustion, indirect contact, downhole steam generator was prepared. The design is based on analysis and experiments conducted previously (reported in Vol. I). The generator is sized to operate in a 7-inch casing and deliver 350 bbl/d of 80% quality steam at a pressure of 1500 psia. Included in this report are a description of the design, the expected range of operating conditions, and a suggested installation procedure. (ERA citation 07:049181)
