The purpose of this supplement is to further update the Safety Evaluation Report (NUREG-0519) by providing (1) evaluation of additional information submitted by the applicant since the issuance of Supplement No. 1 to the Safety Evaluation Report, and (2) evaluation of additional information for these sections of the Safety Evaluation Report where further discussion or changes are in order.
