Description is given of the ELECTRON programme for IBM 370/168 computer, written in Fortran 4 language. The programme calculates (e,e') cross-sections and longitudinal/transverse form factors for closed shell nuclei in the framework of a self-consistent RPA theory. (Atomindex citation 17:005212)
