Solar Heating of on-Farm Livestock Structures: Demonstration Project. Final Report

The purpose of the project reported was to demonstrate the technical and economical potential of using solar energy to reduce dependence on fossil fuels for operation of livestock production. Eight separate projects are described in which solar heat was used in swine farrowing and nursery facilities. (ERA citation 11:002266)
