Clustering Aspects of Nuclear Structure and Reactions

Some aspects of clustering phenomena in nuclear structure and reactions are reviewed. Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between cluster-like states and shape-isomeric states which arise as a result of shell effects in deformed potentials.
