Construction of Operator Expansions and Effective Theories in the MS-Scheme. General Formalism

A method of constructing asymptotic expansions of individual Feynman integrals and full Green functions in large Euclidean momenta or/and masses is presented. The method is based on properties of the ultraviolet R-operation with oversubtractions and is directly applicable to MS-renormalized quantities, expanding them in terms of MS-renormalized operators. 18 references.
