Can Neutrino-Electron Scattering Tell Us Whether Neutrinos Are Dirac or Majorana Particles

There has recently been interest in the possibility that neutrino-electron scattering experiments could determine whether neutrinos are Dirac or Majorana particles by providing information on their electromagnetic structure.
