The report documents information presented at the 1998 Summer Topical Meeting on Organic Optics and Optoelectronics held 20-24 July 98 in Monterey Plaza Hotel, Monterey, CA. The report contains the extended abstract of the oral and poster presentations given by Office Naval Research funded contractors. The symposium was planned to represent the general field of nonlinear optics, electrooptics, and Optical networking.
