摘要

The study has been given a 1-year no cost extension - until September 30, 2003. To date, there have been 188 urine samples and epidemiologic questionnaires collected from 61 families. Ninety-seven (97) urines samples have been run to assay overnight melatonin metabolite and creatinine production. Two 96-well kits have been purchased for the remaining samples and those to be obtained during this extension year. Melatonin and creatinine production data for the 97 subjects, representing 28 families, have been computerized and edited. Preliminary computer analyses have been conducted. The database for the epidemiologic questionnaire data has been established and data have begun to be computerized. There are additional families who have agreed to participate, but for whom a convenient time to collect the data has not been determined. Families are continuing to be recruited.
