Close-in Time-of-Arrival Measurements for Yield of Underground Rainier Shot

摘要

The main objectives were as follows: (1) To furnish a best estimate of the total energy release from the detonation (2) To determine the energy partition which occurs at the various interfaces (3) To determine the hydrodynamic variables which contribute to an understanding of the phenomenology of the underground explosion. The raw data obtained are presented.
