The present report is in the nature of a continuation progress report. The emphasis is put on providing comments which explain and review critically progress made on the jobs which are listed in the Programme of Work. Information given in a previous report is not repeated as a rule. It is subdivided into six sections according to the main headings in the Programme of Work. In each of these, progress made in the work is describe first and then comments and recommendations are made.
