Feasibility Study, Anti-Tank Missile System Using Fiber Optic Data Link

The feasibility of an anti-tank missile system utilizing a fiber optic data link and a CCD camera imaging array is studied. The CCD camera provides a video picture of the target which the operator uses to steer the missile until impact. The optical fiber provides an up and down communication link throughout the engagement period, between the missile and the fire control system. The feasibility of the fire control system.
