Delta-Exact Lower Confidence Bounds for Series and Pseudo-Series System Reliability

Methods of computing lower confidence bounds are examined for applicability to actual data and systems. Improvements to a modification of the likelihood ratio method are shown for the series case and a variety of methods are studied for pseudo-series, which may model some missiles. (Author)
