The Phase I Inspection of the English Road Detention Facility Dam did not indicate conditions which would constitute an immediate hazard to human life or property. The hydrologic/hydraulic analysis indicates that the spillway is capable of passing the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) with 1.7 feet of freeboard. Therefore, the spillway is assessed as adequate according to the Corps of Engineers' screening criteria.
