Trilateral Bridge Rating Criteria.

The procedure for determining the probability of failure for a normal crossing consistent with the Trilateral Design and Test Code for Military Bridging and Gap Crossing Equipment is presented. Methodology for calculating caution and risk crossing bridge ratings is developed. Proposed text on bridge rating criteria to be included in the Trilateral Design and Test Code is presented. (Author)
