The conference dealt with topics ranging from basic physiology to clinical case presentations. In addition to the scientific sessions, the conference included visits to GUSI, the new hyperbaric facility that Dragerwerk AG is building; the West German submarine escape training facility in Neustadt; and the hyperbaric works at Dragerwerk AG in Lubeck.
