Low-Data-Rate Voice Transmission System (LDRVTS) for HF Communication

This report details the present capabilities of speech recognition and synthesis systems is relation to Marine Corps field HF-communication problems. Work includes the design and testing of a battery-powered, field version of a low-data-rate voice transmission system.
