These RDT&E center management briefs contain information relative to the missions, facilities, programs, major accomplishments, organization, personnel, funds, and functions/responsibilities of each Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command R&D Center and University Laboratory. The briefs are intended to provide an accessible source of information pertinent to overall operations of the COMSPAWARSYSCOM R&D Centers and University Laboratories.
