HTS and Fluorescence Polarization Measurement

摘要

The goal of High-throughput Screening(HTS)is to accelerate drug discovery by screening large libraries often composed of hundreds of compounds(drug candidates).The bottlenecks are finding of suitable assays and machinery or robotics.Beside the required speed it is necessary to maintain data quality.
