US OSHA aligns Hazard Communication Standard with GHS

On the 26th March 2012, the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published, in the Federal Register, the final rule that aligns the Hazard Communication Standard with the UN Globally Harmonised System for the Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
