TACKLING THE SPACE PROBLEM

The space problem is reported to be affecting almost every industry and it is the reason why Hyster has developed special pallet trucks and lift trucks for intense narrow aisle operations. Estimates for the quantity of goods bought in the retail industry continued to show growth for the 24th consecutive month in March, increasing by 4.2% compared with March 2014 (ONS). As a consequence, space is reported to be scarcer in many logistics centres nationwide.
