Openings and Expansions

Keywell Corp. (Chicago), a stainless, super alloy, and high-temperature alloy recycler, has undertaken three expansion projects this year. First, the firm has opened a new 1.78-acre processing facility in Houston, which will serve as an accumulation site for its other operations. This facility, designed to increase Keywell's ability to buy scrap in the Southwest and Mexico, reportedly features the most modern processing and handling equipment, as well as environmental controls such as radiation detectors and an oil/water separation system.
