Improper storage and disposal of pesticides can be hazardous both to the environment and to human health. In addition to following storage instructions on the label, EPA offers the following guidelines on proper pesticide storage: Try not to stockpile: Buy only as much pesticide as will be needed in the upcoming season or near future.
