摘要

Dispersion of light is studied in thin oxide films of MO_2 (M = Ti, Zr) and R_2O_3 (R = Gd, Yb, Eu). Parameters of the one-oscillator approximation, the dispersion energy, the ionicity of the chemical bond and the coordination number of the first coordination sphere of a cation are determined. The relation between the results obtained and crystallochemical properties of the films is considered.
