The elephant in the room

After this issue of Obesity and Weight Management,Holly Wyatt and I are stepping down as editors. Ithas been our honor to serve as Editor-in-Chief andSenior Editor of this journal for the past 6 years. The Journalis NOT ceasing, but it is changing in focus. After thisissue, the Journal will be devoted exclusively to childhoodobesity. There will be a new Editor-in-Chief and a newEditorial Board. We wish them great success.We published our first issue in January 2005 and thisissue is our 33rd. Obesity and Weight Management (originallytitled, Obesity Management) was established as ajournal of the Centers for Obesity Research and Education(CORE).
