In this issue of Obesity and Weight Management, the Centers for Obesity Research and Education (CORE) bring you a tool to teach your patients how to make small changes in their diet to save a considerable amount of calories every day. Research shows that small changes in physical activity and diet can have a positive effect on one's weight and health.Many patients believe that to lose weight, they have to make big, life-altering changes that will disrupt their current lifestyle. They associate dieting with rice cakes, salads, and water.
