Crescent Point Eneryy Corp. isn't about to let a flood sink its spending plans for the year.An exceptionally rainy spring led to flooding in southeastern Saskatchewan, forcing the company to shut in a number of its properties in the area. But it is still forging ahead with plans to increase its 2011 capital-spending budget by $200 million, bringing its total for the year to $1 billion.Almost $80 million of the increase will pay for drilling in the Beaverhill Lake light oil play in Alberta and the Bakken play in southeastern Saskatchewan. The remaining $120 million will go towards land and facilities.
