New services company formed

ITS GROUP, A supplier of oilfield products and services, and Scomi Group have formed a joint-venture company, ITS Scomi to accelerate expansion in Asia-Pacific. In a joint statement the partners said the new Singapore-based company would provide a wide range of oilfield equipment and associated services to oil and gas companies.
