Self-consistent image filtration in systems of X-ray digital photography taking account of beam divergence

摘要

The paper presents calculations of the transfer function of a self-consistent filter and maximal signal-to-noise ratios for extended inhomogeneities in tested objects with due account of the beam divergence and finite dimensions of the focal spot on the source.
