As a part of a Europe-wide initiative to strengthen links with communities close to its sites,Kodak is working with the Prince's Trust in Cambridge,adopting a team of young people facing barriers to work or further education,in a 12-week personal development programme in association with Cambridge Regional College,to enable them to develop confidence,motivation and skills through teamwork.
